Update 1.1 already here

I've made two small, but important changes (plus some better formatting)

There is now provided an array of stats to be distributed, which was previously missing (+2, +1, 0, -1).
The scheme move was also expanded with a short line, about taking crew roles into account when creating a solution.
I doubt that's enough information about that, but the pamphlet format doesn't make it any easier. I will probably need to create an additional pamphlet with more instructions on running the game.
